TORRY UPDATE

Torry a une tendinite et ne peux pas jouer pendant un petit moment, voici la lettre qui annonce aux fans le remplacement temporaire de Torry par Amy Cesari qui fait la tournée summer 2009 entière avec les Donnas.



Dear Friends,

As it has come up many times, we all wanted to give you fans the latest update regarding Torry. She has just recently informed us that her doctors have told her that she will not be able to play the drums for some time to come. While part of the issue is pain related, the bigger issue is that her injury (tendinitis of the shoulder) is one of those nagging injuries that only time can heal so we want to give her as much time as she needs. Otherwise she is physically fine and in great spirits despite the setback.

However, nothing in The Donnas changes at all except that we will use Amy Cesari (who played our summer tour), or other drummers to continue to fill in for her when we play live. As for future recordings, there are some different approaches we can take and we will keep you posted on those once we figure them out.

In the meantime we are working on new songs, special projects, and as always keeping a few tricks (and treats) up our sleeves.
